Dibs settles where your group eats.
Dibs is a free web app built for the North Carolina Triangle that ends the “where do we want to eat?” standoff. One person sets the vibe — budget, distance, cuisine — and shares a single link. Everyone votes from their own phone, no account or download needed, and rank-choice voting picks the one spot the whole group is happiest with. Dibs pulls real, open-right-now local restaurants (national chains hidden by default) and, afterward, lets friends rate and share where they went — so the next pick is even sharper. Dibs was built and launched in 2026 by Noah Kleckner and Matt Stacy and serves Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and Morrisville.
